4 Easy Steps to Receive Your Hotel Room Reimbursement

All Universal Unilink Members who stay at an official show hotel can receive 100% reimbursement for one night, based on double occupancy (2 people in the room), 50% reimbursement of their room rate for single occupancy or up to $50 travel reimbursement. Attendees will be reimbursed based on the terms and conditions listed below, and reimbursement will be up to the amount based on the following hotel rate of $168 per night.

Universal Unilink Members will receive a hotel reimbursement for the first night of exhibits (January 5) and will be based on the flat nightly rate only, no fees or taxes are included.

In order to qualify for reimbursement:

• You must be a Universal Unilink Member employee to qualify for this special offer!
• All hotel arrangements must be made through MCI USA, the official housing bureau of the ASI Show
• For double occupancy, two people must have stayed in the room and both people must attend the show on both exhibit days, January 5-6 (badges must be scanned on the way into the Exhibit Hall or by a supplier on the show floor)
• For single occupancy, one person must have stayed in the room and that occupant must attend the show on both exhibit days, January 5-6 (badges must be scanned on the way into the Exhibit Hall or by a supplier on the show floor)
• Companies must be members in good standing at the time of the show in order to be reimbursed
• Each company must have their own published ASI number or subscribe to ASI services to qualify for reimbursement

OR

• $50 travel reimbursement may be chosen in lieu of hotel room reimbursement (based on attending both show days) or $25 reimbursement for attending one exhibit day. No reimbursement for education day. Each attendee must complete a survey post-show to receive travel reimbursement.
• Your company must meet the minimum attendees for the number bracket (20-29, 30-49, 50-99 or 100+) that your company signs for as part of this program agreement, which would be either 20, 30, 50 or 100 (based on the chosen package) in order to receive the full benefits of the hotel and travel reimbursement program for all of your attendees.
• If your company’s attendance falls below the minimum number of attendees as agreed upon in this agreement the hotel and travel reimbursement amounts will be reduced by 50%.

To claim your reimbursement:

• Email your hotel bill(s), including your address, ASI number, and any special instructions to asishowregistration@asicentral.com or fax to ASI Show Reimbursement Desk at 866-372-6385.

• Only actual hotel bills will be accepted; credit card statements are not valid for this offer.
• Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 30 days from the close of the show (February 5).
• Failure to include an ASI number may result in a delay in processing.
• Be sure to keep copies for your records.

• Hotel rooms are limited to hotel availability and reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis
• Reimbursement will be made by an electronic Visa gift card that can only be used for online purchases. You can choose the option of having a physical card mailed to you for a $5.00 fee.
• Gift card will be in U.S. dollar currency
• Once card is activated, funds are only available for 6 months.
• Reimbursements will be emailed 10-12 weeks following submission of documents
• Offer may not be combined with any other ASI or ASI Show promotion or discounts
