Come to the Sales & Show Office located under the Sales & Show Office banner, booth #1241, during your reservation time (see below).

Priority Points – 2,500 - 500 8 - 1 p.m. Priority Points – 499 - 200 1 - 4 p.m.	Setup Day – January 4, 2023 Sales Office will be open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Priority Points – P3 - P5 (99 - 0 points) and non-members	Exhibit Day 1 – January 5, 2023 Sales Office will be open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Open for all	Exhibit Day 2 – January 6, 2023 Sales Office will be open 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

If you have a high number of Priority Points, come to the Sales & Show Office early on Setup Day to select your space so that suppliers with less points are not assigned ahead of you.

If you cannot make it early on Setup Day, see #2.

Follow the steps below by December 28, and your account manager will select on your behalf during ASI Show Orlando.

3 Steps to Reserve 2024 ASI Show Booth Space

Step 1

Review the floor plans.

Identify 3 booth preferences per show:

Orlando	January 4-5 (Thursday-Friday)
Fort Worth	March 5-6 (Tuesday-Wednesday)
Chicago	July 24-25 (Wednesday-Thursday)

Step 2

Fill out the 2024 Onsite/Early Bird Space Reservation Agreement, sign and return it to your account manager by 12/28.* Booth selections will be made on your behalf in order, based on your Priority Points.

Step 3

Provide payment of a $500 deposit per booth, per show.

• Onsite/Early Bird Pricing: $2,945 for 10’ x 10’ space (expires EOD January 6, 2023). Save $315!
• Beginning January 7, price increases to $3,260.
